Create a remote sFTP connection

To create a remote sFTP connection:
Right click on 'Remote file' and select 'Create sftp connection'

cm set "demo_cm_sftp" {execute "file.remote.sftp.config.get"
	"[hostname]" "localhost"

	"[password]" "pwd"
	"[connectTimeout]" 10000
	"[dataTimeout]" 30000

Update the configuration name 'demo_cm_sftp' used by MQL source code
Update the configuration connection and save
Execute buttons
Refresh the tree
